Terms and Conditions:
  • Rate: $350.00 for a 2 day rental. Includes 1 ton (2000lbs) waste.
  *Extra weight charged at $90.00/ton (pro rated)
  • Time Frames: 2 day (weekday) rental or a 48 hour period –OR– Friday drop off Monday pick up.
 *Additional days charged at $80.00 per day.
  • A valid credit card is required upon delivery of our equipment.
  • Recyclables: Please place any of the following items outside of the bin. There will be no additional charge for these items. We ask they be set aside for proper processing at our preferred recycling facilities:
  1. Electronics including, T.V’s, appliances (refrigerators), microwaves, oversized metal of any kind (larger than a fridge).
  2. Hazardous Materials NOT permitted:
    • Paint, animal carcasses, batteries, motor oil, other vehicle fluids, propane tanks, compressed gasses of any kind.
    • Any hazardous material disposed of will be charged a minimum $500.00 specialized handling fee.
  1. Load Height: Load is not to exceed the height of the top level of the rented unit.
    • A Minimum $150.00 overloading fee will be applied if not adhered to.

  • Out-of-town rates apply at $0.65/km including total return km’s.
  • Hazardous materials not accepted: Paint, tires, oil, propane tanks, compressed gases, fuel, and chemicals of any kind.
  • Food and food remnants may not be disposed of. We use dry landfills only.
  • Loads must not exceed the wall height of the trailer. Any loads exceeding the wall height are subject to an additional $150 handling fee.
  • Blocked Hook Up Fee-If the bin/trailer is blocked and inaccessible upon arrival to remove, there is an additional $100 fee plus any out of town kilometre fees.
  • No fuel, environmental or any other additional fees apply.
  • Customer assumes responsibility for bin and damages to bin while under contract. Customer will be charged for damages to bin/trailer.
  • Prices are subject to change as per landfill price increases. Notice will be provided upon price increases.
